1. Order Processing
All Favourites Co. photo magnets are custom-made to order.
Orders are typically made and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Shipping
Favourites Co. currently ships within Canada and to the USA using Canada Post.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and Canada Post service levels. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Applicable taxes and duties will be applied at checkout for relevant destinations. Tracking information will be provided where available.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at favouritesco@gmail.com. Address changes can only be made before the order has shipped.
Favourites Co. is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, weather, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property, with household members, and with Canada Post. You may also contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue. Replacement or refund decisions will be made based on the circumstances of the individual order.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or cancelled only if production has not yet begun.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at favouritesco@gmail.com.
Once production has started, the order is final.
4. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
Because every Favourites Co. product is custom-made using the photos you provide, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- change of mind
- selecting the wrong photo
- dissatisfaction with the chosen image
- minor differences in colour, brightness, positioning, or cropping
- image-quality issues caused by the original uploaded file
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or contains a production error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at favouritesco@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.
Depending on the circumstances, Favourites Co. may offer a replacement or refund.
5. Photo Quality
Customers are responsible for uploading photos that are suitable for printing.
For best results, photos should be clear, properly focused, and high enough in resolution for the selected magnet size.
Images displayed on phones, tablets, and computer screens may appear slightly different when printed. Minor variations in colour, brightness, contrast, positioning, or cropping are normal and are not considered defects.
Images may be cropped or adjusted to fit the magnet format.
6. Image Rights & Permissions
By uploading an image to Favourites Co., you confirm that you own the image or have permission to reproduce it.
You are responsible for ensuring that submitted images do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Favourites Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders containing images that are illegal, infringing, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
If an order is refused before production, any applicable payment will be refunded.
7. Product Information
Favourites Co. makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, pricing, and images are accurate.
Minor differences may occur between products shown online and the finished product.
Availability and pricing may change without notice.
8. Payment
Payments are processed through the secure payment methods available on the Favourites Co. website.
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.
For Canadian orders, unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). For US orders, unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
Applicable taxes, duties and shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
9. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Favourites Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases involving:
- suspected fraud
- pricing or website errors
- payment issues
- prohibited or inappropriate image content
- suspected copyright or intellectual property infringement
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Favourites Co. website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Favourites Co. unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use Favourites Co. content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
11. Website Use
By using favouritesco.ca, you agree not to:
- use the website for unlawful purposes
- interfere with the website's operation or security
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems
- submit fraudulent orders or information
- use the website in a way that infringes the rights of others
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into the purchase or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Favourites Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, shipping delays, or use of our products.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws and courts having jurisdiction in Ontario, Canada.

Favourites Co. may update Shipping, Returns and Terms of Use policies from time to time.
